Folio Zero 80 Ceiling
Opal 10L Display and Wall

Lighting Designer: Metis Lighting

At the House of Dior in New York, light complements the architecture through a precise composition built on different scales. From the expansive ceiling surface to the smaller elements of the exhibition, each design element contributes to defining a sophisticated and highly recognizable environment.
On the ceiling, Folio Zero 80 Ceiling transforms the architecture’s horizontal lines into a vast luminous surface. The system provides uniform and continuous light diffusion, integrating seamlessly into the design and creating a consistent luminous presence that envelops the entire space.
Light then focuses on the details through Folio Opal 10L, used for displays and wall surfaces. With its extremely slim profile and the option for custom fabrication, the system integrates into architectural elements, transforming them into continuous luminous surfaces free of visual interruptions.
The project thus strikes a balance between the light that defines the space and the light that highlights the details. Two distinct approaches come together in a single design language, maintaining visual consistency and precision in every element.
